My story
In my early twenties, I had no idea what I was supposed to do in life.
I started three different fields of study and didn’t finish any of them.
I had various jobs, but nothing seemed to click.
Back then, I had no idea that this was how most young people feel about their lives. How can you know what to do for the rest of your life when you’ve just left school?
The first long-term job I got was as a customer support specialist.
I spent a couple of years picking up phones and it drained me as hell.
Customers don’t call you when everything is good. They call with problems, so imagine having multiple difficult conversations every day, no matter what your mood is.
It was a hard job, but from today’s perspective, I see that it was also the first step to my success.
During that time, I basically learned everything I needed about sales, communication, how to stay calm and cool even in critical situations.
This was a big milestone in my career and no time is ever truly wasted, even if it was hard work and cost me a lot of mental and physical energy just to keep waking up and going to work every day.
I am grateful for that experience.
During those times, I became pregnant and decided to use that time to finally do what I always wanted – start to work in cybersecurity.

That process led to a complete transformation of my professional life:
- I landed my first IT role in application support, working with Linux servers.
- From the start, I negotiated a higher salary than I had earned in customer service.
- At that first workplace, I met a person who introduced me to my next role – a better-paid Junior SysOps Engineer position in the gaming industry.
- Within less than two years, I was promoted to a SysOps Engineer role.
- I later transitioned into a DevOps Engineer position, focusing strongly on cybersecurity.
- I secured my dream role at a Scandinavian company as a DevSecOps Engineer, becoming responsible for cybersecurity tools and processes.
- I launched my own business, helping others transform their careers — Be Like Neo & Trinity.
- I began sharing my knowledge beyond the companies I worked for: speaking at major tech conferences in Poland (including The Hack Summit, Oh My Hack, Infoshare, and Secure), publishing articles in PagedOut!, and mentoring teenagers and adults voluntarily.
During this journey, I discovered that I can easily translate difficult subjects like technology, but also to support people facing challenges similar to those I experienced myself: working in toxic environments, navigating difficult business negotiations, building strategies in challenging times and recovering mentally from burnout, overwork and workplace harassment.
My mission is to support people through these challenges and help them move toward a more aligned, healthy and fulfilling professional life.
